Wulf Magnusson
Wulf is a bit of a bully and a know all. Because his dad is the chief of the village, he thinks he should be the leader all the time. Vik has other ideas.Jarl Magnusson calls Vik his son so he should be the leader too. They were born at exactly the same time, so neither of them is the oldest.
There's only one way to sort out who is going to be in charge and it looks like it's going to be messy - especially as Wulf is a bit of a cheat too!

Freya Magnusson
Freya is Wulf's long-suffering twin sister. She spends most of her time pulling the two boys apart trying to stop them from fighting!
When she is older, she will join her mother and older sisters looking after the goats in the summer. Vikings love their goats. The great god Thor has two that pull his charriot across the sky.
What Freya would really like to do is join one of the Longships on a raid across the sea, but the men say that girls can't sail on Longships. It's men's work!
Vik and Wulf can't wait to be old enough to sail with their father on the Sea Dragon, their brand-new Longship
