What a busy few weeks, and it’s not over yet. On Tuesday I went to visit Coalway Infants School, just up the road. My own children went there what seems like for ever ago and yet just like yesterday.

I had a wonderfully warm welcome because hardly anything has changed since my children were there! A great team of teachers are still together after all these years. Schools change personnel so frequently and so change their style and culture. It’s so nice to see a sense of stability in these rocky times.

Whatever you are doing at Coalway, please carry on. I had such fun with the children and they did some brilliant drawings too. Thanks for a great morning.
