TWIX, TWIT, TWIXT: Redefining Twitter Terminology

I had a brilliant idea! After checking, it seems that others have had it too before me.

As people can’t move on from calling X, Twitter, the solution is to roll the names together and call it TWIX!

A typical old fashioned tweet about haberdashery supplies, art, education or thoughts like this can be called a TWIT

The kind of horrible tweet that is currently infesting twitter/X, that is designed to ferment division amongst the population can then be called a TWIXT as in “Twixt and Between”.

Does that solve the problem?

Afterthought… maybe a TWEEN would work as well. Would a TWIXT or a TWEEN be the more divisive? Shades of anger and bitterness maybe?
