Mrs Rayner and I went to the canal to observe the eclipse as there would have been trees in the way in our garden.
We had a bit of an experience and I chided myself for not having my sketchbook with me to record events.
But do you need the sketchbook? Would you miss being in the story if you were busy sketching it?
Can you record the event from memory when you get home?

Something new?
Something Hybrid?
Perhaps, the outstanding item might come to the forward. Then again while recalling that it might highlight other observations.
We went to the local amusement park( Hershey Park )the other day as school was starting in a few days and the 10 year old haven’t spent any time with us during the summer
Few photos, were taken but the memorable event was when the life guards told her to stay away from the wall she ignored the whistle , saying later “ I’m just a little girl why would anyone yell at me? “
Totally oblivious as a ten year old can be.
Tell me about it – my 2 1/2 year old just does not want to hold a hand in a busy street! glad you got a bit of time over the summer.
