At last we can move on to faces. This is an introduction that I hope might dispel a few hangups and free you up to see the face as a set of simple lines. Practice these to see how emotions and expressions can be made from very little drawing.

Next we will move on to the different elements of the face and see how they are constructed and how to make your faces more complex and develop your own style.
