Tracing is a great way to set your drawing out in the right proportions, perspective and design. Tracing is not cheating. It’s only cheating when you copy someone else work and call it your own.

Trace and retrace, shift and adjust until you are happy with your drawing. It’s just the same as editing and rewriting a book or trying out a new song with different instruments or time signatures.

Practice makes perfect and so does editing and refining.
