Today I’ve been travelling up to Wigtown in Scotland. I’ve been working like crazy to clear my desk and I can let you know that Dragon White, the second part of my Dragon Trilogy has gone to the printers – hooray!
Tomorrow sees the start of the Wigtown Book Festival and I am the Official Sketchbook Artist! I’ll be here for ten days, drawing like mad and posting stuff every day.
I’m also making a limited edition book – an exclusive sketchbook and loads more too on my kickstarter page at http://www.wigtownsktechbook.com. If you would like to support me I would be thrilled.
I’m sharing the house with Simon and Laura. Simon’s book Chop Chop was shortlisted for the Costa Novel Award.
It’s outrageously funny and completely original, Chop Chop by Simon Wroe is the story of a hapless young chef in the crazed world of the professional kitchen, featuring lust, revenge, neurosis and haute cuisine. you can get it here
More tomorrow!
Everyone asks about the tools I use when I’m out using my sketchbook. Here’s a video to show you what and how I use them.
