“There are kids in class today who will live and work on the Moon.”
Shoo Rayner

Shoo built a demonstration model to explain the Artemis project to children in schools.

Generation Moon is an action adventure trilogy telling the story of Glen John and how he comes to be welcomed into the family of genius, orphan children at the International Space School in the green hills of South Wales in the UK. They are the Generation Moon.

There he meets and teams up with Chen-xing, or Morning Star – more usually known as CJ – a bright, super-intelligent girl who is sponsored by the Chinese Space Agency.

Together, they blow away the competition to be chosen for the Space Agency Astronaut Program.

But the story does not unfold so smoothly. The inseparable pair split up and pitted against each other in an international race to send the first kid into space and even the first kid on the Moon!

Books two and three, First Kid in Space and First Kid on the Moon are currently in production. You can follow their progress through the Blog here and the YouTube Playlist below.

Publication launch of the first book was complicated due to personal, family reasons, so the launch of book two will be a relaunch of the trilogy.

Mock-ups of potential covers for books two and three.

    Hi Shoo
I hope that you are ok.
Do you have a date yet for the second book in the Generation Moon series? Looking forward to it whenever it happens.
Take care and thank you for being one of the first influences in my art journey. I am having a stall now at a festival in Usk next week. Exciting times.

Hi Pam, I have a plan! And I’m working on it. Hope the stall worked out okay?

So, what do you think? I'd love to hear from you. Why not leave a reply?
