I had a long weekend, starting with a day at Waddesdon manor, where there was a really inspiring exhibition of drawings by the Sculptor, Henry Moore. It really got my juices going, but I only had 20 mins or so because I was in a family party moving around the building.

On Saturday, My nephew got married. It was a fun and joyous occasion, but I felt a little inhibited when it came to drawing. I didn’t want to upset his new family with anny wry or quirky drawings or observations!
Everyone always asks about the tools I use when I’m out using my sketchbook. Here’s a video to show you what and how I use them.
