Eyes are not easy to draw, but Shoo explains how different cultures in different times have drawn eyes. There are many ways to draw eyes. There is no right way and no wrong way. Learn about cutting paper with a very sharp scalpel. If you are under 16 please ask your parents or the person who looks after you for permission to use sharp and always, always, always, make sure your fingers are behind the blade before you cut, that way you will not harm yourself.
