• Watch as I illustrate a romantic illustrated mug for Valentine’s Day.

    Last week I drew a lion and thought I’d maybe make a poster of it, then Spring, who are the merch store I use, suggested I make a mug from it too. I thought it looked great wrapped around the mug, so I went with it.

    This week I thought: let’s go with this mug design thing and make a romantic design that works not only for Valentine’s day but for any romantic occasion – wedding, engagement, romantic tea for two!

    In this video I sketch out design, draw in ink and then paint it in watercolour.
